Return Policy

• If you find that any of our wines are corked or tainted in any way then let us know and we will credit your account with the full amount you paid for that bottle. Please try to give us as much information about the wine as possible, especially the name!
• If you have bought a whole case of one particular wine, then we will refund the whole case, including delivery, as soon as we have collected the rest of the wine from you, provided of course that you have only drunk one bottle from the case!
